At times in our lives, we all feel alone and lonely.
This can be a painful experience, especially if we don’t have faith that God is with us.
But faith is what will help us come to terms with loneliness and isolation, as it helps us recognize that God has faith in us to handle whatever difficult emotions come our way.
It also helps us to remember that regardless of how alone we feel, we’re never truly by ourselves–God is always right beside us.
To support ourselves in times like these, it’s important to tap into the power and energy of faith-based journaling.
Putting pen to paper gives us an opportunity to fully and dependently surrender everything over to God.
We should obey certain guidelines when journaling:
1️⃣ ask the Holy Spirit for guidance and listen for His reply;
2️⃣ pray before you write;
3️⃣ start from a place of faith rather than logic;
4️⃣concentrate on the positive than worry about the negative outcomes.
Through faith-based journaling, we can rest assured that every time we pick up our pens, our thoughts become vessels for divine communication with God.
